After you receive your keys...
1. Call the utilities and transfer them to your name.
2. Visit the online rent payment portal located on the tenant page. You will need to sign in
3. The maintenance request form is also located on the tenant page. All maintenance issues need to be reported immediately and through the web page. No phone calls regarding maintenance; unless it is an extreme emergency. The form is sent to repair vendor and they will contact you with eta.
4. Please complete the Move-In Inspection form within 3 days of receiving your keys and press the submit key
